Shannon Hennrich will be back with her mouth-watering peanut brittle, though I can't figure out how she will find time to do that while holding down her full-time teaching job in Beaverton, Oregon. She holds a doctorate in special education with a special interest in those students with ADHD.
My sister Billi will have her macadamia nut shortbread cookies that have been proclaimed by experts to be the best they have ever tasted!
I will have the almond toffee that has sold out every year.
Carol Allen will have homemade dog bones and catnip for our four-legged friends.
