Hayley Espelund, Potter

Hayley is an avid surfer, spending much of her time in the Pacific Ocean or the surrounding shoreline and forests, pursuing multiple outdoor sports. When she's not out in nature, she's in her pole barn working on her pottery. Each unique piece is hand-built and hand-finished.

I use this large bowl for pasta for a group, but it would make a great salad bowl, too.

Hayley works with individuals to develop back splashes, tile inlays, custom mosaics, and functional serving pieces, so you can also custom order what you have in mind. 

Below is how she lays out a large wall mosaic. You can see that it not only takes artistic talent, but attention to detail and a great deal of patience.

We are so glad Hayley was captivated by clay while still in middle school and continues experimenting and learning! She has been so faithful in supporting the 

Bazaar at Seaview Manor, working it into her very busy schedule.
