Appetizer - Spinach dip
Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach 1 bunch spring onions (green onions) 1 small can water chestnuts 1 package Knorr vegetable soup 1c. mayonnaise 1 round loaf "Indian" bread Directions: Defrost and cook spinach. Strain water. Drain and chop water chestnuts. Chop onions. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add all other ingredients and mix. Leave overnight for flavors to blend. Slice top off bread. Scoop out inside, breaking into bite-sized pieces. Fill bread shell with spinach dip and place top back on. Surround with bread pieces and/or crackers.
